1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Endolum Academy (operated by Endolum GmbH, CHE-297.991.738, Oberdorfstrasse 8, 8853 Lachen SZ, Switzerland), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Services

Endolum Academy provides cybersecurity training through online courses, browser-based labs, certification exams, on-site workshops, and coaching programs. All training environments are provided exclusively for educational purposes.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use our services only for legitimate educational purposes
• Not attempt to compromise or attack systems outside of designated training environments
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Endolum GmbH and third parties
• Not share course materials, lab access, or login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Not use automated tools to scrape or download course content

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account and to provide accurate registration information.

5. Ethical Use

As a cybersecurity education platform, we emphasize ethical conduct. You must:

• Apply learned techniques only in authorized environments or with explicit written permission
• Follow responsible disclosure practices when discovering vulnerabilities
• Use knowledge gained from our platform to improve security, not to cause harm

6. Purchases and Payments

Course and certification purchases are processed through our shop at shop.endolum.io. Team licenses and workshops can be paid by invoice. Prices are listed in CHF.

• Courses: one-time purchase, permanent access
• Certification exams: per-attempt purchase, non-refundable once started
• Workshops: pricing on request, payment by invoice

7. Refund Policy

• Full refund within 14 days of course purchase if not satisfied
• No refunds for completed or started certification exam attempts
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lab environments, challenges, and assessment content are the property of Endolum GmbH and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update content, or temporarily suspend services for security or technical reasons. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Endolum GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
